How do I make an appointment?

Please email me directly at mstillwagon@pm.me (encrypted both ways) with the email, phone, and full name of everyone participating in therapy. Include your preferred start date along with available times of day and best day of week for an initial session in your email. Confirmation will be emailed back to you once established as new client in EMR.

What are your rates?

All sessions are $190/hour. I also offer deeply discounted packages of 4-8 sessions, just ask for prices and information.

NOTE: a clinical hour is 45-50 minutes. Packages must be paid in full at time of purchase, are non-refundable, and expire one year from date issued.

Do you take health insurance?

At this time I am not paneled with insurance carriers in KY or NC. I offer private pay only.

Where is your office located?

I offer remote, Telehealth services over video only. I do not offer in office therapy. While I reside in Louisville, Kentucky, I am licensed to see clients in both Kentucky and North Carolina.

What are your practice hours?

Monday 11am-6pm

Friday 11am-3pm
